Overview:
We are seeking Engagement Officers who can create exciting activities and programs to ensure that Hype Think Education team members enjoy their volunteering journey and enhance engagement among all members. If interested, please review the detailed Job Description and Job Specification and apply.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement online and on-ground programs and activities to enhance the engagement of Hype Think Education internal members.
- Plan and host creative programs and activities within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to host programs that effectively enhance the engagement of team members when necessary.
- Brainstorm and develop exciting, trendy program ideas that bring joy and enthusiasm to team members.
- Be responsible to perform programs from idea generation to execution, hosting them effectively from start to finish.
- Follow and respond to feedback from the leader and head to improve skills and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.
Job Specifications & Requirements :
- Must be able to coordinate and organise programs and activities for internal team members with the Engagement Team.
- Able to conduct proper research to develop activities that boost team member engagement.
- Participate actively in program brainstorming sessions and perform assigned tasks with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to enhance public speaking skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and well-mannered person.
- Be available to attend weekly meetings and other relevant meetings as required.
- Proficient in using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Canva.
- Capable of effectively handling and resolving program-related tasks and challenges.
- Maintain a professional attitude by managing emotions and unrelated matters while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during programs.
