Hype Think Education is seeking HR Officers who can effectively carry out recruitment, selection, and interview processes to ensure an adequate number of volunteers are available to meet organizational needs. The role requires collaboration with departmental heads to support the organization’s mission. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for interested candidates. Job Description & Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment, selection, and interview processes to increase the number of volunteers for relevant positions within Hype Think Education Organization.
- Perform HR-related tasks for assigned departments.
- Maintain and manage volunteer records and databases.
- Screen volunteer applications, communicate with candidates, and manage the interview process.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and meet volunteer needs and requirements.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals and teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Passion for the organization’s mission and ability to inspire and motivate volunteers.
- Previous experience in volunteer management or HR coordination is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
