Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Promote engagement and brand awareness of Hype Think’s Social Media Pages.
- Developing and implementing marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials like newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and market trends.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming which is effective for the organization.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
- Provide support for events and webinars hosted by the organization.
- Must be able to attend meetings regularly and actively and provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities to management.
Job Specifications & Requirements :
- Must be have basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategy and techniques.
- Creative thinking with an interest in content creation (writing, graphics, video).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Powerpoint] and familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to analyse data and develop new ideas for Hype Think Education.
- Active presence on social media and an interest in marketing trends.
- Must have good teamwork, planning and communication skills.
- Flexible availability to attend weekly meetings and adapt to team needs.
