Hype Think Education is seeking Podcasters to create high-quality podcast episodes on educational topics, trends, and content that benefits young people. If you are interested, please read the detailed Job Description and Job Specification and apply.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Research podcast topics and produce engaging podcast contents on a weekly basis, based on the interests and trends of HypeThink Education’s audience.
- Record, write scripts, and edit podcast episodes from start to finish.
- Collaborate with podcast partners, as well as with the team, to ensure smooth production and completion of each podcast episode.
- Stay updated on current trends and relevant information in the podcasting field to improve the quality of the podcast episodes produced.
- Reach out and invite relevant guest speakers, such as educators, youth leaders, and experts in the educational field, if necessary, to participate in podcast episodes.
Job Specifications & Requirements :
- Strong ability to deliver clear, concise, and engaging messages to the audience through podcasting, ensuring the intended message is effectively communicated.
- Ability to attend and actively participate in weekly meetings and other relevant meetings for discussing and improving podcast content.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and refine upcoming podcast episodes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
- Proficiency with podcasting tools and equipment, including audio recording and editing software.
- Prior experience in podcast production, including audio editing and content creation.
- Attendance at weekly meetings is required.
