Overview:
Hype Think Education is offering a variety of language classes [ English / Japanese ] to enhance the future educational development of young people. Hype Think Education warmly welcomes teachers who can offer support and assistance to young people. More details can be found in the Job Description and Job Specification.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Prepare lessons and teaching materials for the language you are teaching within the specified time.
- Submit a weekly report on the status of the class and students.
- Stay updated on new teaching methods for ESL / Japanese language instruction and implement them effectively.
- Modify and adjust lessons based on students’ learning progress.
- Keep daily records of student attendance and active participation.
- Create a positive learning environment for students through effective teaching methods.
- If necessary, prepare exam questions on time for the class.
- Teach according to the procedures and educational guidelines of Hype Think Education.
Job Specifications & Requirements :
- Must have an Upper Intermediate level or above in the relevant subject.
- Actively participate in meetings and attend as required.
- Must be able to communicate well with students and team members, maintaining good relationships.
- Should have a strong desire to learn new knowledge and skills.
- Must be able to observe and monitor the progress and development of students.
- Should be patient, respect time, and be able to teach consistently during the assigned class times.
- Must value the responsibilities entrusted to you and work actively until the task is completed.
- Must be proficient in Google Tools [e.g., Google Classroom, Slides, and Docs]
