Overview:
The translator team at Hype Think Education is looking for Translator to translate contents for various programs being conducted in Hype Think Education as well as contents that will contribute to the overall development of youth education. More details are available in the Job Description and Job Specification.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- To translate educational contents and programs of Hype Think Education from Burmese to English or English to Burmese
- To ensure contents are translated before the specified deadline
- To choose simple words, phrases and expressions that are easy for readers to understand when translating contents
- To apply the feedbacks provided by the Content Head and Leader and revise the translation accordingly to improve its quality
Job Specifications & Requirements :
- Must have at least an Intermediate level of English or higher
- Must be skilled in grammar, vocabulary, punctuation and spelling along with a desire to learn and adopt new words and expressions
- Should be proficient in using Google tools to carry out tasks effectively
- Must attend weekly meetings regularly and have a flexible work schedule for easy coordination
- Must have good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to manage your tasks independently
- Should be able to cooperate effectively with the team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
