Now that another incredible collaboration is available, which will fulfil the need to be a better version of yourself, ‘Collaboration of Hype Think Education, NextGen Impact, and ASEAN Youth Advocates Network Myanmar will hold Han’s personal grooming on-ground event.
- First of all, our Hype Think Education’s purpose is to provide high-quality education for youth, and in that case, we are opening language courses and organising events, webinars, and workshops both online and on-ground.
- NextGen Impact is mainly focused on SDG goals such as education and economic growth. And also sharing beneficial knowledge through training camps and workshop series, which bring new opportunities as well.
- ASEAN Youth Advocates Network is a non-profit organisation that provides civic education for youth between the ages of [13] and [25].

“ဟန်” HAN Event Purpose
A person cannot be said to be the best just by being successful in a professional life. To get a better version, we need to cultivate a personal hygiene called personal grooming, follow the standard in communication called ethics, and adhere to self-imposed disciplines. So, our main purpose of this event for youth is to engage self-awareness and professionalism to implement an improved version of them.

- How to behave to get a good impression, whether at work or school
- To embrace changes in your behaviours to attract people with a better version

Ma Eaint Myat Chal is a graduate in B.A. [English], and currently she is a co-founder and trainer of Confident Smart Academy. And also, she is a winner of the Miss Earth Myanmar 2015 award.
In the present, she is not only working as a pageant coach, but also as a MC and TV host.
Outline in the event : They both discussed soft skills knowledge such as personal grooming, personal hygiene, and professionalism.

Panelist : “ဟန်” Personal Grooming Event [ Ma Mya Thandar Oo ]
Ma Mya Thandar Bo is the chairperson of MyJobs Myanmar, who proudly took over MyJobs Group, an online job research company, from an international to a Myanmar-owned company.
She also believes in the empowerment of Burmese women and connects job opportunities for them as the representative woman of the Asia Women Directors Program (USAID).
Ma Mya Thandar Bo not only took the lead in the local business field but also in the international business field. She also has achieved international awards such as ‘Asia’s Inspirational Leader 2022’, ‘Champions of Changemaker 2022’, and ‘Myanmar Women Leadership 2021’.
Panelist : “ဟန်” Personal Grooming Event [ Ko Zarni Win Htet ]
Ko Zarni Win Htet got a B.A. Business Studies degree from the University of Glamorgan, UK, and also got ABE Diploma 1 as well as an Advance Diploma.
His work experiences are ~
- Worked as an assistant sales and marketing manager at the Summit Parkview Hotel from 1994 to 2001.
- Worked as a senior operating and international training manager for nine years in the Hautecate Co. Ltd. UK.
- Also worked at Samsung Electric, Myanmar Head of Business Group for a decade.
Currently, he is the founder of Sunset Riverview Luxury Camp in the Bago region and the managing and financial director of SunKuu Travel and Tour. Now, he is also providing business consulting services to engage the sales rate of business owners.
Panelist : “ဟန်” Personal Grooming Event [ Ko Khun Aung Kham Kyaw ]
Ko Khun Aung Kham Kyaw is working as a media manager at an international beverage company right now. He started to build his career as a marketing professional in the digital marketing field in 2011. So, now he has [12] years of work experience.
- He also has experience in the media platform field as a blogger. In addition, he worked at the middle management level, including Huawei, Samsung, and other multinational companies.
Panelist : “ဟန်” Personal Grooming Event [ Ko John Smith ] Technity
- John Smith is a young man who has been creating thousands of technical review videos and knowledge-sharing videos. In addition, he is the host of the Technity page and has been a social influencer for over 5 years.
- He can even say Myanmar Pioneering Tech Reviewer, who started creating technical review videos about six years ago. There are thousands of content videos created by Ko John right now.
Panelist : “ဟန်” Personal Grooming Event [ Ma Pony ] Gemini Flavored
Ma Pony is a person who stands for LGBTQ+ and women to reduce discrimination and achieve equality within the community. She is also an influencer who is trying to build positive influence in the community by sharing her experiences and knowledge.
Outline in the event : They all discussed how important personal grooming is and ethics that we should follow if we want to get a professional look.
Summary
Firstly, thank you very much to all [150] participants for actively attending our event. We held this event with three main sessions. Panel discussion session for knowledge sharing, networking and refreshment session to expand communication, and personal grooming to discuss how to be a professional in your community. In the case of answer & question sessions and photo sessions are involved, not to be stressful, we are sure that all our participants had a lot of fun. And depending on their feedback, we are glad that they all got some kind of benefits, just as our purpose.
